Gordana believes in the power of supporting healthy parts of the client's personality, in the psychotherapeutic relationship, review of the therapeutic process and supervision, continuous education and work on oneself.
Gordana points out the psychotherapeutic relationship as one of the key therapeutic factors: "The psychotherapeutic relationship is first of all a human relationship - a relationship of closeness, in which there is sincere concern for the client's life, appropriate boundaries, knowledge about different psychological states, support is provided, there is acceptance and trust, they gain new, positive experiences and in which self-confidence is built for new and better patterns of behaviour."
