My approach
I work individually with adults, in-person and online, creating a space for exploring experiences, strengthening self-regulation, and developing a sense of stability, connection, and vitality. I have a particular interest in the connection between body and psychological processes, supporting nervous system regulation through somatic approaches.
In my work, I aim to be present, steady, and supportive, while maintaining clear professional boundaries. It is important to me that clients have a space where they feel safe and accepted, without pressure to change, but with the possibility to explore their own experiences at their own pace.
I believe that change often begins with small but meaningful moments of awareness that gradually open up new possibilities for choice.
In therapy, I value safety, respect for individual pace, and providing a space where clients can slow down, connect with themselves, and gradually develop greater inner stability and peace.
