I am a Counseling Psychologist licensed and registered in Greece. My academic background is based in psychodynamic and person centred approaches to psychotherapy. I can offer e-counselling sessions in English and Greek language. I am especially interested in offering e-counselling through a writing form. Beyond psychological theories on personality, I am very much drawn to philosophy, literature, poetry, art, and theology as subjects of inspiration in understanding the human condition.
