Terms of Use
By paying for a Service through the Platform, the Client agrees to the following terms:
- When selecting and paying for a chosen service, the Client enters into a contractual relationship with the selected Service Provider, and not with the Platform Owner.
- The Platform Owner does not provide the Services, but solely acts as an intermediary between Clients and Service Providers, whom it promotes on its Platform. The Service Provider explicitly authorizes the Platform Owner to collect payments from Clients for the provided Services on behalf and for the account of the Service Provider.
- The price of the service, displayed on each Service Provider’s profile, is determined by the Service Provider in agreement with the Platform Owner.
- The Platform Owner cannot in any way be held responsible for the quality of the Services provided by the Service Provider, nor for any damages resulting from their use.
- The Platform Owner does not verify whether the Service Provider operates legally or possesses all necessary licenses and legal authorizations required to provide the Services offered through the Platform.
- The Client releases the Platform Owner from any liability and claims, legal proceedings, losses, or damages resulting from or related to the use of the Service Provider’s Services on this Platform.
- If the Client cancels a scheduled session less than 3 (three) days before the agreed time, or fails to contact the Service Provider at the scheduled time due to their own fault, they forfeit the right to a refund. If the Client cancels the session at least 3 (three) days in advance, they are entitled to a refund, reduced by 10% of the paid amount for covering the refund processing fees.
- The Potential Client agrees to conduct all communication with the Service Provider exclusively via the Platform’s messaging system until becoming a Client.
- The Client agrees to schedule all future sessions with the Service Provider they contacted through the Platform via the Platform itself, and to make payments to the Platform Owner, who receives the funds on behalf and for the account of the Service Provider, in accordance with the authorization in Article 2 of these Terms.
- If the Client does not receive the selected and paid service from the Service Provider at the scheduled time due to the Service Provider’s fault, they must notify the Platform Owner immediately via email. The Service Provider is then obligated to deliver the service at a later date agreed upon directly with the Client. If the Service Provider fails to deliver the service even at the rescheduled time, the Client is entitled to a full refund without deductions.
- The Platform Owner reserves the right to access messages exchanged between the Service Provider and Clients outside of scheduled sessions for the purpose of monitoring the Service Provider’s work and maintaining the quality of services provided through the Platform.
- The Platform Owner has no access to, nor does it monitor, the content of sessions conducted between Service Providers and Clients.
- The Platform Owner makes no representation that the materials or services on this site are appropriate or available for use outside Singapore, and access from regions where such content is illegal is prohibited.
- Psychotherapists presented on the Platform hold or are in the process of obtaining psychotherapy licenses in modalities approved by the national associations SDPT and UPSKS. If you access our programs or services from outside Singapore, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and conflict-of-law principles shall not apply.
