I am Mina, a RE&KBT therapist under supervision and a master clinical psychologist. I have experience working at the Children's Clinic, and the Psychiatry Clinic, as well as at the reception department for personality assessment in prison and 4 years of working with clients as a therapist.
I completed my master's studies in clinical psychology in Rome, at the Sapienza University, Department of Medicine and Psychology. I dealt with the strangest and most interesting disorders in psychology and psychiatry, as well as the works of Alexander Lowen and his mentor Wilhelm Reich on the subject of breathing, meditation and awareness of the unconscious and their theories on the development and division of personality types.
I believe that therapy is a process, mutual work between the therapist and the client who explore together. It requires trust, patience and curiosity. It happens not only during the session, but also in the period between two sessions, when the client uses the tools that the therapist gives him and which help him to understand the roots, accept and solve the problem.
