My name is Ivan Čanžek, I was born in 1983 and I started my professional journey in 2004, when I enrolled in the study of Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Ljubljana. I lived in Slovenia until I was 33, after which I moved to Zagreb.

- In 2008, I enrolled in the study of Transactional Analytical Psychotherapy at the Institute for Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (IPTA). In 2014, I became a resident of Transactional Analytical Psychotherapy under supervision and became a member of the European Transactional Analysis Association (EATA). For personal reasons, I left my education soon after and started to turn towards Gestalt and other directions.

- In 2012, I completed the first level of education in hypnosis and hypnotherapy at the Slovenian Hypnotherapists' Association, and in 2015, I also completed a self-hypnosis course. At the beginning of 2016, I earned the title "Teacher of Autogenic Training" at the NLP Academy in Zagreb.

- In 2018, I enrolled in training in Gestalt psychotherapy in Zagreb, in 2019 I will start a 3-year training in Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented therapy for the treatment of the consequences of traumatic events.

- I finish Somatic Experiencing on November 22. 2022 and acquire the title "Somatic Experiencing practitioner (SEP)".

- 2024 post-advanced education Somatic Experience Sexual trauma healing with Ariel Garreto (LMFT, SEP, CMT, CSB).

- I am enrolling in Propedeutics in 2024 and finishing at the beginning of 2025, and I am returning to the process of completing Gestalt education.

- 2025 post-advanced education Get in Touch: Working with Touch & Eyes with Itta Wiedenmann.

My professional interests are mainly focused on individual therapy, bodywork, trauma work, improving relationships, accepting yourself and your environment, and fulfilling your full potential. I see clients in Zagreb and online.

In my free time, I play guitar, practice Salsa, and hang out with my friends and my dog.
