My name is Emilija Simić. I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist under supervision in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy).
For more than eight years, I have been working with clients on overcoming emotional difficulties, developing the capacity to cope with stress, and improving everyday functioning.
In my work, I start from the idea that emotions, including those that are unpleasant, serve an important function, and that the problem is usually not in their existence, but in the way we understand and respond to them.
Through counseling and psychotherapy, I support clients in developing a healthier relationship with their thoughts and feelings, improving emotional regulation, and building more stable and fulfilling patterns of functioning.
